  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • During periods of high demand, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.

2. Shipping Methods & Carrier Information We partner with top-tier international logistics providers to ensure your packages arrive safely and efficiently. Orders shipped to the United States, Europe, and other global destinations are handled by major reliable carriers, including:

  • United States: USPS, FedEx, DHL, UPS

  • Europe: DPD, Royal Mail, DHL, UPS

3. Shipping Options & Delivery Times Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout. We proudly offer the following options:

  • Free Shipping: 9 to 15 business days.

  • Express Shipping: 5 to 12 business days.

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and actual transit times may vary based on your specific location, local postal efficiency, and seasonal demand.

4. Shipping Costs Shipping fees are fully transparent and are clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase:

  • Free Shipping Option: Available for all standard delivery orders ($0.00) with no minimum purchase required.

  • Express Shipping Option: Available globally at a flat rate of $17.79.

5. International Shipping & Customs We offer international shipping to selected countries. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Delayed Deliveries & Logistics Notice While we do our absolute best to ensure timely delivery, please note that international shipments may occasionally experience delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. This includes global supply chain conditions, customs clearance procedures, severe weather, public holidays, or high-volume carrier constraints. We appreciate your patience and understanding regarding external logistics delays.

7. Shipment Confirmation and Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. Please note that tracking updates may take some time to appear system-wide after the shipment has been dispatched.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply to arrange a reshipment.

9. Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us and we will review the issue with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

10. Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

11. Split Shipments In some cases, items from the same order may be shipped separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, or packaging requirements. If this happens, you may receive multiple shipments and separate tracking numbers.
